Terms and Conditions

Terms of Trading, Liabilities, and Procedures tailored for aesthetics services like Dermal Fillers, PRP face (vampire facials) / scalp and anti-wrinkle treatments / Vitamin B12 injections / Micro needling / Fat Dissolve treatment Lemon Bottle. 

 

Terms and Policies

​

1. General Terms

•    Treatments are provided for aesthetic purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or treatment for medical conditions.
•    All clients must be over the age of 18 and provide valid ID for proof of age if requested.

•    Model treatments are offered at a reduced rate as part of training or portfolio development. 

•    A consultation will be conducted prior to the treatment to assess suitability.  If deemed unsuitable, the treatment will not proceed, and any deposits paid will be refunded.

•    All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

 

2. Appointment Policy

•    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit.
•    Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit being retained.

•    No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be denied future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

•    The balance of the treatment cost must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

•    Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card (if available).

4. Photo and Marketing Consent

•    All treatments offered as part of the model program does include before-and-after photos / videos for portfolio and marketing purposes.

•    By booking, you agree to the use of these photos across marketing channels, including social media and websites.

5. Health and Medical Disclosure

•    Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous adverse reactions to similar treatments during the consultation.

•    Failure to disclose relevant information may result in complications / reactions or unsatisfactory results, for which the practitioner cannot be held liable.

 

Liability

1. Practitioner Responsibility

•    All treatments are performed following Industry Standards and with due care and skill.

•    The Practitioner holds relevant training and certifications and adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

•    The Practitioner is insured to cover treatment-related incidents or adverse reactions within their control.

2. Client Responsibility

•    The client is responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the Practitioner.

•    The client accepts that results may vary depending on individual anatomy, skin type, or other personal factors.

•    While every precaution is taken, clients acknowledge there is an inherent risk with any aesthetic procedure, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, or dissatisfaction with results.

3. Limitations of Liability

   •    The practitioner is not liable for:
   •    Adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.
   •    Failure to follow aftercare instructions.
   •    Results that do not meet client expectations.
   •    Liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

 

Procedures

1. Pre-Treatment Procedure

•    A detailed consultation will be conducted to assess the client’s medical history, expectations, and suitability for treatment.

•    Clients will receive a consent form to review and sign before the procedure.

•    A patch test may be conducted where applicable (e.g., for allergies to PRP or Botox).

2. During the Treatment

•    All equipment used will be sterile, and treatments will be performed in a clean and safe environment.

•    The client will be informed of the procedure steps and provided with an opportunity to ask questions or raise concerns.

•    Pain management options (e.g., numbing cream) will be offered where appropriate.

3. Post-Treatment Aftercare

•    Comprehensive aftercare instructions will be provided in writing following the treatment.

•    Clients are advised to report any adverse reactions or concerns to the Practitioner immediately.

•    Follow-up appointments may be scheduled if required, especially for Botox treatments to check and adjust results if necessary.

 

Refunds and Complaints

1. Refund Policy

•    As results are subjective and depend on individual response, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes.

•    Refunds are only issued if the treatment cannot proceed due to Practitioner circumstances.

2. Complaints Procedure

•    If a client is dissatisfied, they should contact the Practitioner within 7 days of the treatment.

•    Complaints will be reviewed promptly, and, if appropriate, corrective measures (such as follow-up treatment) will be offered.

•    In the event of unresolved disputes, the client may contact the Practitioner’s insurer or relevant regulatory body.

This policy ensures clarity and protection for both you and your clients. It demonstrates professionalism while minimizing legal risks.
